Global Climate Change Alliance Plus Scaling up Pacific Adaptation : Learning from the Past and Scaling up Climate Change Adaptation Measures for the Future - Final Report

The Global Climate Change Alliance Plus Scaling up Pacific Adaptation (GCCA+ SUPA) project is about scaling up climate change adaptation measures in specific sectors supported by knowledge management and capacity building. The project had three main outputs: strengthen strategic planning at national levels (delivered by SPREP); enhance the capacity of subnational government stakeholders to build resilient communities (delivered by USP); and strategic and local climate change adaptation and mainstreaming scaled up in up to five sectors (delivered by SPC). This publication reports on the outputs delivered by SPC and SPREP under a joint Delegation Agreement (the output delivered by USP under a Grant Agreement is reported on separately).
