The Global Climate Change Alliance Plus Scaling up Pacific Adaptation (GCCA+ SUPA) project is about scaling up climate change adaptation measures in specific sectors supported by knowledge management and capacity building. The project had three main outputs: strengthen strategic planning at national levels (delivered by SPREP); enhance the capacity of subnational government stakeholders to build resilient communities (delivered by USP); and strategic and local climate change adaptation and mainstreaming scaled up in up to five sectors (delivered by SPC).
